裝配方式很多，需根據實際情況定，隨便找一種方式既不夠嚴謹，也不太容易得到,容易暴露機器的結構。除機構要求外，選擇合適的絲杠和導軌規格對可靠性、性價比都有很大影響。

Choosing any one method is not rigorous enough and is not easy to obtain, which can easily expose the structure of the machine. In addition to institutional requirements, selecting appropriate screw and guide rail specifications has a significant impact on reliability and cost-effectiveness.

如已購買絲杠導軌，則按照平行定位原則設計附件和裝配方式；

If the screw guide rail has been purchased, design the accessories and assembly method according to the principle of parallel positioning;

如未購買絲杠導軌，可提供要求給你選擇合適的規格和精度，需要的話給你設計裝配圖。

（1）將與安裝絲杠相關的零件（軸承、軸承座、聯軸器、軸承盒）清洗干凈，去刺、倒角、攻絲。

(1) Clean the parts related to the installation of the screw (bearings, bearing seats, couplings, bearing boxes) thoroughly, remove burrs, chamfers, and threads.

（2）刮研電機座和軸承座。

(2) Scrape and grind the motor seat and bearing seat.

（3）安裝電動機及聯軸器。

(3) Install the motor and coupling.

（4） 找正芯軸裝入電機座中，再將軸承盒裝入軸承座中，按照對角線的原則均勻預緊螺釘。

(4) Align the core shaft and install it into the motor seat, then install the bearing box into the bearing seat, and evenly pre tighten the screws according to the diagonal principle.

（5）將百分表的磁性表座安裝在滑塊上，表安裝在表桿上將表頭分別放在兩軸承支座的點測量軸承支座的等高度。

(5) Install the magnetic gauge holder of the dial gauge on the slider, and place the gauge head on the gauge stem at the highest point of the two bearing supports to measure the equal height of the bearing supports.

（6）將百分表的表頭放在絲杠的凸端分別在絲杠的前中后3個地方進行檢測絲杠與導軌的平行度。

(6) Place the dial gauge head on the convex end of the lead screw at the front, middle, and back three places of the lead screw to check the parallelism between the lead screw and the guide rail.

（7）按裝配順序擰緊螺釘。

(7) Tighten the screws in the assembly sequence.

（8）將工作臺放在滑塊上對準孔，并從螺母副的螺釘緊固起按照對角線的原則進行緊固（螺母不得露出孔外）。

(8) Place the workbench on the slider and align it with the hole, and tighten it diagonally from the screw of the nut pair (the nut must not be exposed outside the hole).
