一、可從設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造、安裝以及使用維護(hù)方面分析起。

1、 It can be analyzed from the aspects of design, construction, installation, and maintenance.

1、安裝時(shí)。

1. During installation.

要保證平衡、同心，選配零部件的同時(shí)要符合大型絲杠的精度要求，把零部件緊固。

To ensure balance and concentricity, when selecting components, it is necessary to meet the accuracy requirements of large screws and tighten the components.

2、選用潤(rùn)滑油時(shí)。

2. When selecting lubricating oil.

須按照機(jī)床絲杠使用說明書來加油或者換油、選油，保證大型絲杠的工作環(huán)境的溫度、濕度在額定的范圍以內(nèi)。

It is necessary to add oil, change oil, and select oil according to the user manual of the machine tool screw, to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the working environment of the large screw are within the rated range.

3、設(shè)計(jì)方面。

①選用的材料要具有足夠的強(qiáng)度性、耐磨性、減振性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

②制造過程中的螺距、絲杠外圓的橢圓度，和絲杠的平衡度，螺距誤差及加工過程絲杠面表面粗糙度，使加工中獲得較好的絲杠綜合質(zhì)量，可以大大降低和螺母旋轉(zhuǎn)之間引起的噪聲。

二、要先清潔下螺桿的滾道，在看下滾道是否有損傷，如果沒有損傷可以拆卸螺母，旋出螺母看下循環(huán)圈的兩端。

三、可以松開并旋出螺母兩端的防塵密封圈，在螺母注油處注入潤(rùn)滑油清洗螺母，并在很好行程內(nèi)往復(fù)行走數(shù)次，看能否改變?cè)肼暋?/p>

3、 You can loosen and unscrew the dust seal rings at both ends of the nut, inject lubricating oil into the nut lubrication area to clean the nut, and walk back and forth several times within a good stroke to see if the noise can be changed.

四、使用時(shí)出現(xiàn)了噪聲，如果重新安裝下絲杠與導(dǎo)向件的平衡度，以及安裝軸承端的同心度，建議大家用校直機(jī)進(jìn)行校直螺桿。

4、 There is noise during use. If the balance between the screw and the guide element is reinstalled, as well as the concentricity of the bearing end, it is recommended to use a straightening machine to straighten the screw.
