1、 Recessed or broken return pipe

螺母的過動或回油管的撞擊會導致回油管凹陷或斷裂，從而阻礙球的循環路徑，導致球的滑動而不是正常滾動，終導致回油管斷裂。

Excessive movement of the nut or impact of the return pipe can cause the return pipe to sink or break, hindering the circulation path of the ball and causing it to slide instead of rolling normally, ultimately leading to the return pipe breaking.

二、tbi滾珠絲桿肩部被折斷

2、 TBI ball screw shoulder broken

設計不當:螺桿肩部應避免尖角設計，以降低局部應力集中。

Improper design: The shoulder of the screw should avoid sharp angle design to reduce local stress concentration.

螺桿軸頸彎曲:鎖緊螺母的軸承面與v形齒軸垂直度差，或鎖緊螺母面在兩個對應方向平行度差，會導致螺桿肩彎曲或開裂;因此，鎖緊螺母前后，螺桿肩的偏差不應超過0.01mm。

Bending of screw shaft neck: The difference in perpendicularity between the bearing surface of the locking nut and the V-shaped gear shaft, or the difference in parallelism between the locking nut surface in two corresponding directions, can cause the screw shoulder to bend or crack; Therefore, the deviation of the screw shoulder before and after locking the nut should not exceed 0.01mm.

Radial force or repetitive stress (pulsating stress): Abnormal alternating shear stress and early damage to the ball screw caused by eccentric screw during installation.

三、鋼球破碎

3、 Steel ball crushing

鋼球是常用的材料是鉻鉬鋼，tbi滾珠絲桿在有或沒有潤滑作用時溫升差異明顯，這種溫升可能會導致鋼球斷裂或損壞，從而造成螺母或螺珠槽的損壞。因此，在設計過程中必須考慮潤滑油的補充。如果不能使用自動潤滑系統，則必須在維修手冊中包括潤滑油的補充計劃。

The temperature rise of tbi ball screws varies significantly with or without lubrication, and this temperature rise may cause the steel balls to break or be damaged, resulting in damage to nuts or ball grooves.
