1、在卡盤的每只卡爪與工件之間墊入4毫米×10毫米的鋼絲，夾入長度為15到20毫米。這樣在墊入鋼絲后，就可以使工作件與卡爪之間成線接觸，從而使工件與卡爪之間可以有稍許相對運(yùn)動，避免工作件被卡爪卡死，起到方向調(diào)節(jié)的作用，減少工件的彎曲變形。
