MR微型導軌系列采二列式滾珠循環(huán)設計,滾珠軌道設計采用哥德式結構,其接觸角為45度,以達到四方扽負荷之效果;并在有限空間制下,使用較大尺寸鋼珠,以提高負荷能力,充分展現(xiàn)高負荷.高扭矩功能。

Mr micro guideway series adopts two row ball cycle design, ball track design adopts Goethe structure, its contact angle is 45 degrees, in order to achieve the effect of square load; and in the limited space system, use larger size steel ball to improve the load capacity and fully show the function of high load and high torque.

滑塊鋼體與框架，端蓋及密封片之結合方式才嵌入式設計，不須使用螺絲固定，既省結合設計之空間。

三:回流孔特殊設計

鋼珠回流孔及回傳道由全密式塑膠框架及塑料端蓋構成，結構簡單，鋼珠循環(huán)更平穩(wěn)，噪音底。

四:潤滑滑塊于兩端有密封式潤滑注油孔設計，可經(jīng)由鋼珠循環(huán)將潤滑油帶到表明，達到潤滑的效果。
