直線導軌發生磨損，將會導致導軌失效，必須更換新的直線導軌，否則將會嚴重影響到機械設備的生產效率，更有甚者會造成設備的損壞。所以我們在日常的工作中，應當仔細分析直線導軌產生磨損的各種原因，這樣才能找到針對直線導軌的磨損解決方案。

1、當有異物進入到了密封不嚴的直線導軌內部后，將會與潤滑油混合在一起，從而造成滑塊內部溝槽堵塞，或者直接對直線導軌內部造成損傷。
